Biography
Raymond Schrag is Of Counsel in the firm's Estate Planning and Trusts & Estates Planning Department.
For more than 40 years, Raymond has represented a broad client base of individuals, businesses, fiduciaries and tax-exempt organizations in a range of trust and estate matters including estate planning (wills, living trusts and advanced directives), trust and estate administration, preparation and filing of federal and state estate tax returns, estate tax controversies, and charitable planning (facilitating general and tax advantaged charitable giving and establishing non-profit organizations). Raymond has also developed a specialty niche practice representing artists in estate planning, administration and valuation issues.
Raymond is President of the Board of Directors of Selfhelp Community Services, Inc., on the Board of the Leo Baeck Institute, the Committee for Planned Giving of the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Conference on Jewish Material Claims against Germany.
