In addition, Peter regularly represents both real estate investors and lending institutions in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of real property.

Peter also has experience handling loan restructurings, workouts, commercial and contested foreclosure actions, receivership, replevin, guaranty enforcement, ejection and eviction actions, as well as the defense of lender liability claims.

Previously, Peter served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable F. Michael Giles, J.S.C. (Ret.) and the Honorable Eugene J. Codey, Jr., Presiding Judge (Ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Law Division.
