Biography
Christine is a Counsel in the Corporate and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at Sherman Atlas where she focuses her practice on commercial contract review and negotiation, business and employment counseling, and intellectual property protection for small to mid-sized businesses. Christine supports clients in an array of industries, including software and technology, marketing and professional services, hospitality, manufacturing, and entertainment, and is always eager to learn about a new business.
Having been a part of the Sherman Atlas group since its inception, the warm welcoming culture and relentless work ethic of the firm have been ingrained into who Christine is as a lawyer. She prides herself on building long-term relationships with clients that allow her to add value as a trusted advisor. Christine enjoys being an integral part of internal client teams and makes herself accessible to clients consistent with such mentality. She’s keenly aware of the balance between meeting business needs and achieving optimal legal protection. In interactions with both clients and counterparties, Christine priorities communication and collaboration. She believes that through listening and understanding the needs and concerns of all parties involved, she can best advise her clients and devise a practicable and efficient legal strategy, specific to both the client and unique goals of a project.
