Biography

Colleen Boyle is the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services for Sherman Atlas, where she works as a strategic partner to the Management Committee and oversees recruiting, compliance, payroll, and employee relations. Her responsibilities also span marketing, event management, and facilities for the firm’s two offices in New Jersey and New York City.

Colleen plays a vital role in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the firm. Her dedication is underscored by her SHRM certification and her affiliation with the Association of Legal Administrators.

With over two decades of law firm firm and HR expertise, honed through her tenure at prestigious AM Law Firms and as a former business owner, Colleen brings an abundance of experience and vitality to the team. Her high-energy approach, coupled with an unwaveringly positive attitude, drives her commitment to showcasing Sherman Atlas's extraordinary culture on social media while nurturing and cultivating the professional development of the firm's talented individuals.

Colleen's educational journey has traversed Ocean County College and the Stewart School of Business, rounding out her extensive skill set and expertise.
